アルミを高い寸法精度でダイキャスト(金型に溶融した金属を圧入)成型した後、CNC(コンピュータ数値制御)加工、化学的な方法によって皮膜を形成し、耐食性を高め、塗料との密着を向上させる化成処理を施しました。
着色処理による加飾も行っています。
